Each individual coaching session begins with a discussion about your situation and needs. Together, we identify areas for growth and implement concrete strategies. Sessions may include practical exercises, guided reflections, or personalized tools tailored to your specific challenges (stress management, self-confidence, career change, etc.).

Introductory Session — 1h30 — €120
This first meeting is a discovery session.
It allows us to get to know each other, and for me to explain my approach as a coach and my way of working.
It is also the time to understand what brings you here, explore your expectations, and clarify the coaching goal, which will form the basis of our collaboration agreement.
This session is primarily a starting point: it allows us to decide together whether we want to engage in a coaching relationship.
There is no obligation after this meeting — it exists to lay solid and fair foundations.
Follow-up Sessions — 60 min — €100
Each session builds on the progress toward your goal.
We move forward step by step, with new insights, concrete adjustments, and tools to support your daily growth.
Depending on your objective, between 6 and 10 sessions are generally needed to complete the work and achieve your goal.
Sessions are spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart to allow time for integrating the learnings and practicing the exercises defined at the end of each session.
