Experience coaching in nature: walk, reflect, and gain perspective.
The natural environment enhances self-awareness, mental clarity, and opens up fresh insights you rarely get in a traditional session.
A mindful break to reconnect with yourself, your priorities, and what truly matters.
Coaching sessions can take place:
• My office is located in Uccle, at 107 Avenue Jean et Pierre Carsoel . Street parking is free.
• Online from your home or your work.
• In the forest, once the relationship is established and the coaching objective has been clearly defined.
Access by public transport:
• Take tram 92 and get off at the Thévenet stop, located just 50 meters from the office.
The number of coaching sessions varies between 6 and 10 sessions to achieve your goal.
Sometimes the process takes a little longer and that's perfectly fine.
Coaching is not a race. The pace remains flexible and is always adjusted to your needs, your rhythm, and the depth of the work required to reach your goal sustainably.
Zero session — 1 hour 30 minutes — €120
This first meeting is an introductory session . It allows us to get to know each other, for me to explain my approach as a coach and my way of working .
This is also the time to understand what brings you here , to explore your expectations and to clarify the coaching objective , which will become the basis of our collaboration agreement.
This session is first and foremost a starting point : it allows us to decide together if we wish to engage in a coaching relationship.
No obligation follows this meeting — it is there to lay solid and fair foundations.
Subsequent sessions — 60 min — €100
Each session is part of the ongoing process of achieving your goal.
We move forward step by step, with awareness, concrete adjustments and tools to support your daily evolution.
Depending on your objective, you should generally plan between 6 and 10 sessions to complete the work and achieve your goal.
The interval between sessions is 2 to 3 weeks, in order to allow time for the integration of learning and the practice of exercises defined at the end of the session.
Therapy focuses on the past and aims to understand deep suffering such as trauma or psychological difficulties.
Coaching, on the other hand, is firmly oriented toward the present and the future. It helps identify concrete solutions, set goals for change, and move into actions.
It is possible to combine coaching and therapy, as these two approaches are complementary.
Each individual coaching session begins with a discussion about your situation and needs.
Together, we identify areas for growth and implement concrete strategies.
Sessions may include practical exercises, guided reflections, or personalized tools tailored to your specific challenges (stress management, self-confidence, career change, etc.).
Life coaching is a personalized form of support that helps you achieve your goals, whether personal or professional.
It enables you to clarify your priorities, work on emotional blockages, overcome limiting beliefs, and implement concrete actions so you can move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
