I am Delphine Sdika
Holder of a Master’s degree in Law, I worked over 10 years in the public sector. I spent many years feeling out of sync and not quite in my place, without understanding why. It was only in adulthood that I discovered I had ADHD, which had gone undiagnosed in my childhood. This realisation transformed my journey, allowing me to better understand myself and fully embrace who I am.
With over 20 years of experience in personal development, and having faced numerous challenges in my life — including successfully completing my law degree at 35 — I am now passionately dedicated to guiding those who seek lasting personal transformations.
