A powerful and innovative method

Neurofeedback is a gentle technique that trains the brain to function optimally.

This method is based on brain plasticity—the remarkable ability of the brain to reorganize, create, and strengthen neural connections throughout life in response to experiences, learning, and internal or external stimulation.

Through this plasticity, Neurofeedback trains your brain to optimize its functioning naturally, without medication or side effects.

By analyzing your brain activity in real time, Neurofeedback enables your brain to self-regulation, helping to restore internal balance.

How Neurofeedback works ?

In the beginning of the session, I will install you comfortably seated in an armchair with relaxing music in your ears. I will put, before the session sensors wo will sensors measure your brain waves completely painlessly, using an electroencephalogram.

Algorithmic software analyses your brain activity at different frequencies and detects the slightest neuronal disturbance, which produces a micro interruption of the music at that moment.

This brief pause in the music is perceived by the brain as a subtle signal, prompting it to naturally return to a more stable and balanced state.

This brief pause in the music is perceived by the brain as a subtle signal, prompting it to naturally return to a more stable and balanced state.

When the brain perceives a “mistake” (indicated by the brief pause in the music), it automatically adjusts, creating new connections between neurons.

The more this process is repeated—during the session and across subsequent sessions—the stronger these new connections become.
Your brain gradually learns to function more efficiently and stably, session by session.

Result : your brain naturally adapts to stabilise these beneficial patterns.
This allows you to develop improved emotional, cognitive, and physiological self-regulation in a lasting way.
