Our brain is a marvel: fast, organised, and capable of adapting to anything. But sometimes, life moves too quickly. Too much stress, too many emotions, too much information… and our brain becomes overwhelmed. We feel out of control, react poorly, forget things, and struggle to focus. We feel slowed down, carried away by our emotions, irritable with others… and sometimes even our body sends signals: fatigue, pain, or tension.

Neurofeedback : a boost to regain balance
During these moments, the brain’s electrical activity becomes unbalanced. Some areas speed up, while others slow down. Dynamic neurofeedback simply helps the brain reorganize itself.
How does it work ?
During the session, a software monitors your brain activity 256 times per second. As soon as a small imbalance is detected, it signals your brain with very subtle cues. And then, naturally, without you having to do anything, your brain begins to readjust. Gradually, it learns to function better. It’s as if it’s finding its way again.
What are the benefits of Neurofeedback ?
Over time and with regular sessions, the brain becomes more stable, clearer, and more efficient.
The effects most often reported include:
Feeling calmer
Thinking more clearly
Better emotional regulation
Improved sleep
Feeling more like yourself—aligned and centered
The brain becomes an ally again, rather than putting you on edge.
How many sessions are needed ?
Everyone is different, but generally, about ten sessions are needed to notice visible and lasting changes.
